Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Period
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items or gift cards.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

4. How to Start a Return
To start a return, you must contact us first at: hello@happyden.top

  • Step 1: Email us with your Order Number.

  • Step 2: If the item is defective or damaged, please attach clear photos or videos showing the issue. This allows us to resolve the issue faster (often without requiring a return).

  • Step 3: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer/sender address on the package.

5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For confirmed defective items, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

6. Refused Delivery
Please note that if a customer refuses the delivery of a package due to a change of mind or refusal to pay customs duties, the order is not eligible for a refund.

7. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
