1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
Standard Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons, this may extend to 5 business days.
Schedule
Our team ships Monday through Friday. Please note that we do not fulfill orders on statutory holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Thresholds
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
3. Global Logistics & Timelines
To maintain supply chain efficiency, HappyDen utilizes a Direct-from-Source fulfillment model. Items are dispatched directly from our global manufacturing partners to your address.

4. Tracking & Transit
A shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number will be issued upon dispatch. Information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours following the carrier's initial scan.
5. Import Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or VAT imposed by the destination country. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
6. Order Modifications
Cancellations or modifications must be requested via email within 12 hours of order placement. Once an order has reached "Dispatched" status, no further changes can be executed.
7. Liability & Damaged Items
Damaged Items: Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence for priority replacement.
Lost Packages: If confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a full refund or replacement. HappyDen is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" but missing from the premises.
